I led design research for advanced projects in Medical Acute Care (now called Smart Care), including assessing potential customer engagements for collaboration opportunities, exploring emerging technologies to support clinical use cases (eg XR wearables, passive documentation), conducting extensive patient journey interviews, and evaluating internally developed AI-assisted user research tools.

I also served as an individual contributor on existing product design initiatives, including user research and interface work surrounding ProCuity bed, Prime Connect stretcher, Care Al virtual monitoring, and Vocera/Sync hospital communications applications.
